Years ago, I used to take Bee Pollen Granules for the allergy season - the theory at the time was that it would help sufferers of pollen allergies. No idea if it worked.But the ad says it will help with energy, immunity, and Vitality. Ok, so I'm going to try adding it to my smoothies again.Arrived in a brown cardboard box. This is a small glass jar, like a pint. It says a serving is a "heaping teaspoonfull" with a 30 servings in the jar.There is a band of plastic around the metal lid for tamper resistance.For anyone who has not had this ... it does NOT smell like honey nor taste like honey. It is more of a grassy smell and bland taste. I never like crunching these.Seems to be very good quality as the color is strong and the flavor is bitter sweet.
First - USA made! -always a good thing. One of the few non-vegetable or fruit superfoods that has almost universal support. It is used as a medicine and a supplement. These are high quality and well packaged. They are slightly sweet with a bitter finish. Best consumed with another food. Although the health benefits are well documented the possible allergic reactions are also well known. Do some research and be honest with yourself.
This is the first time I've heard and taken bee pollen granules. Upon opening the jar I picked up a few granules and was pleasantly surprised at how soft and tasty they are. The ingredient list shows that these are 100% bee pollen, so I am pumped with the thought of giving my body a product not altered by multiple ingredients. We owe a lot to bees, with the pollination skill they provide for our food supply.Theories vary, in terms of the benefits this could offer, but by the ingredient list and taste, I believe that this is a quality product. Investing in my health can be a challenge and I often what tastes good, even though not being healthy for me. However I feel that this has increased my energy level, with an appealing flavor, which is a plus in my opinion.

Overall, this is a really high-quality bee pollen. It's well made without any residue or defects on any of the capsules. The clean capsule is great and allows you to see the pollen inside, making it one of the more interesting looking supplements I've tried. Serving size is two capsules on an empty stomach which isn't bad, and it carries the GMP stamp which is something I like to see on all of my supplements. Overall, a great supplement.

I really like these bee pollen capsules. They were easy to swallow and had no aftertaste. These capsules also have an impressive 1,040mg of Bee Pollen from 2 capsules, the suggested daily amount. I have taken Bee Pollen for the antioxidants and to strengthen my immunity system to help lower my cholesterol in the past. At my last Doctor visit, he said that my cholesterol was up again, so I wanted to try these and see if they would help me lower it. The bottle had an outer seal and an inner seal and a long shelf life. The bottle recommends taking 2 capsules per day, so each bottle lasts 30 days. At $0.30/day I feel these are a very good value. I would certainly recommend these.

Most claims are untested, so take it as a salt of grain. It's consider a food product so great with yogurt or a sweetener. The products in this capsules are similar to granules sold in a jar. It can be found at organic food stores or farmers market. So this product is much pricier as capsule by an oz than a scoop from a jar..I'm taking to help w/ inflammation for short term.
