I’ve been loving taking or eating this daily in the mornings. Although it’s recommended on an empty stomach I still like to add it to my food such as yogurt or oatmeal. Super easy to sprinkle over your food. This product is perfect for me because it’s literally just crushed up bee bread and I personally have grown accustomed to like the taste. It’s an amazing nutritionally dense food to add to my meal and I feel my immune system has been thriving between eating healthy and adding this to my list of daily supplements I take including zinc, elderberry and vitamin c on top of this.
I've been using the supplement for almost a month, but haven't noticed anything significant. I went in blind to see if I noticed the effects without being coaxed into it, but I couldn't pinpoint any one particular effect to attribute to the supplement while using it. I'm reading the benefits more closely now for the review and maybe some benefits are warranted. I want to say I noticed more energy in the morning, but found myself more exhausted at night. Not necessarily a bad thing as I ended up getting more sleep. Did not notice any probiotic effect, especially when compared to traditional probiotics or kombucha. For me, no improvement in digestion. And lastly, my wife has been off and on sick for the past month. Could be the supplement or dumb luck, but I haven't gotten sick yet, despite being near her. So it could improve immune health.Results aside, it is very easy to swallow. It recommends to take them on an empty stomach, which lined up with my mornings very well since I intermittent fast. The bottle smells great and occasionally I'll have a honey sweet after taste. Very pleasant. For what you get, it seems kind of pricey. I likely won't be getting a refill, but others may notice more benefit than I did. It's pretty easy to work into a routine.
While I'm fairly familiar with bee pollen as a supplement, I hadn't seen bee bread before. Essentially, it's just fermented bee pollen that's supposed to be a super version of bee pollen with added benefits. I love seeing the GMP stamp on the bottle and the look of the pills is definitely unique. The capsules are well made with no residue, smell, or aftertaste which is great. Overall, a really good supplement.

I have no idea about beebread but sure smells great!!! Smell like malty caramel with touch of green like after you cut grasses. I will study more about beebread. Because of the smell I would like to take it everyday!!!I received it in October 2023 and it expires in September 2025, so plenty time to consume. However it should not be a problem since a bottle is one month supply.
To be honest I had never heard of bee bread before only bee pollen. I have taken bee pollen as a supplement because it’s really good for you but it turns out bee bread is better for you.When bee pollen undergoes the fermentation and partial digestion process in the hive, it turns into bee bread, a highly nutritious, protein-rich fermented food source for the bees. Which means bee bread has more nutrients and is easier to digest than bee pollen. These are easy to swallow, there’s no aftertaste and it doesn’t bother my stomach it all. I’m going to start taking bee bread instead of bee pollen from now on.I would recommend this.
Bees bread is fermented pollen with honey and enzymes. FULL of vitamins and minerals and the bee's added salvia makes it a wonderful probiotic. A power boost for my immune system.
