I love the concept of bee propolis as bee products are very good for immune support.These capsules are kind of hard to take although they don’t have much of a taste.I like the concept of the added cocoa for immune support.I can’t tell if it’s helping my immune system or not. I haven’t gotten sick since starting these and I’m not due for any bloodwork, so I’m not sure if they work or not.Lastly, the price is very reasonable, $8.98 at the time for review.

These were easy to swallow and I feel they kept me feeling good when everyone around me caught all types of bugs these past months. I used them all plus another bottle. I’m back because after the second bottle I stopped taking them and caught a terrible bug. Yep… so I’m taking them again because I’m sure these were good for my needs. There were no bad after tastes when I took them either.
I was using bee pollen but found the flavor a bit of a challenge to get used to. These are in capsules, so I just take them when I take my other supplements. They still have a strong aroma and flavor even in the capsules but it's a far more tolerable way to take bee pollen.

You can't always tell that the supplements you take are doing the job, you just have to kind of work on trust in the matter. This is one of those supplements that you may not see any noticeable results, but that doesn't mean it isn't working.

You take two once a day on an empty stomach and it's supposed to help your immune function. I think it's always hard to evaluate products like this other than my immediate experience of them, so I'll say they tasted kind of gross when I put them in my mouth, but I do like that it makes this hard-to-find medicine easily accessible in capsule form.

For years, I’ve used bee propolis in my skincare for times when I need some heavy duty moisturizing. So I figured it was natural to explore supplements since the purported health benefits are quite extensive. However, buying supplements can be a minefield of too many choices, dubious ingredients and sketchy quality control issues, so I chose this bottle from Honey Bee Zone. It’s made in the USA and GMP certified, both of which indicate that the company adheres to stricter regulatory practices.These are standard-sized capsules that have limited additives. They do have a mildly sweet, banana-like odor and taste. Not bad, but not ideal. So I popped them in the fridge, and now they’re fine.While the company recommends taking 2 pills/day, I’m only taking one since there’s no universal standard. Besides, I find it preferable to introduce new supplements into my system gradually and then make adjustments if necessary. I’m hoping it can help with my seasonal allergies that have turned into year-long ones. But I’m also excited for any other potential health benefits it may provide.After 2 weeks of use, I haven’t noticed any significant changes, but these things can take time. At the very least, I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions and appear to tolerate the supplement well. So I can now confidently finish the bottle.
I lived where propolis was highly regarded and used for general wellness with expectation of being superfood with curing properties. I think it is nice addition to healthy supplements with not specific target. I like it but at the same time have not big expectation. Not expensive, so let's try. Can't go wrong with bees.

This seems to be a very good product. It is packaged well and arrives without damage or spillage in shipping. After just a few days there are no negative effects. All seems as it should if you are looking for a bee pollen based supplement, consider trying this one. Lots of good stuff in this.

this is my first time using bee propolis, so I am not sure how its supposed to smell, but the best way to describe this is rotten meat. it smells so bad lol. but I am hoping that means its going to be strong! hard to say if I recommend or not but the price is cheap and if you know about propolis then you'll know if this is a good option or not
I'm a firm believer in the power of Bee Propolis. It does wonders for the immune system and helps build your white blood cells to fight infection. These capsules don't really have a taste to them but if you smell in the bottle there is a bit of an odor. Totally fine though as that tells me it is actually propolis and potent! Not something full of fillers! The serving size is 2 capsules so it's about a months worth of capsules. That should be enough time to see if they give you any benefits. In my opinion, it's well worth $9 to try them for a month! That price is amazing! I've taken other Bee Propolis in the past and had good results so I'm looking forward to see if these capsules will give similar results at a less expensive price.
