I didn't care for the taste of this but that wouldn't keep me from using it if it was good for me. I believe it is because it is full of healthy substances. The reason I will not keep using it is it can stress the bee colony and potentially lead to them being less healthy or even dying.
Hello there,Impressed with the quality of this raw bee bread. The taste is pure and authentic, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy and overall wellness. It’s now a regular part of my daily routine. A great natural support for the immune system — definitely recommend!
This is a quality product. This bee bread is raw, not processed. It is manufactured in the United States. Bee bread is an acquired taste, but it is so good for you. Great stuff. As expected

This bee bread is interesting. I got it because I heard it had benefits, but I was nervous to try it. It is chewy, and has a very mild sweetness. It actually kind of has a sour tang which I wasn't expecting. I don't love the taste, so I feel it is better to use this as a topping than eating straight by itself. The jar is small, good for trying out before buying larger amounts.
Excellent taste and good energy
Very good and I like the ease of use and the taste is very good. Cost was also good and I have no complaints or issues.
I like that this bee bread comes in a glass jar.It says to start with 1/4 teaspoon, and work your way up.You can use it as a yoghurt topping, or in oatmeal. It has a hint of honey taste to it.I would love it if they'd make the lid a flip-top, instead of a screw-on.
I mix this with yogurt and walnuts, and it makes a filling meal that gives me a little boost in the morning. It is a bit pricey. I
I put it in smoothies and it tastes great. Its pretty pricey, but it's also a niche health product so I'm sure its worth it.
Great tasting raw and non-GMO bee bread, been adding it to my morning smoothies for a few weeks and at times I just eat it straight out of the jar. Not overly sweet and realistically no natural supplement is going to boost immunity overnight, or for that matter increase energy level or any of the other claims made. It takes consistent use to see results, but the quality is great, it's easy to incorporate into a regular routine, and I'm hoping to see benefits in the long run.Slightly pricey relative to other bee pollen supplements on the market and for the size of the jar.
This is a natural superfood—100% natural bee bread. It’s fresh, but I don't like the smell or taste. The jar doesn't outline the benefits of using this product, and it is an acquired taste. I love bee honey and assumed I would love bee bread, too. I was wrong.
I recently gave this raw bee bread supplement a shot after hearing about its reputation as a natural energy booster and immune support aid. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I was curious enough to give it a two-week trial run.The texture caught me off guard at first—it’s kind of waxy, almost like chewing on a soft, grainy chunk of beeswax. That said, the taste isn’t unpleasant. It has a slightly earthy, sweet edge that didn’t make me wince or hesitate to take it again the next day, which is always a good sign with these types of natural supplements. Now, as for the effects—here’s where things get a little fuzzy. After taking it daily for two weeks, I can’t say I noticed a dramatic shift in energy levels or any noticeable immune boost. Nothing negative happened, but nothing particularly positive either. It’s one of those supplements where the benefits might be more subtle or cumulative over a longer period of time.
Unsure where this bee bread actually came from, but it shows it was manufactured for a company in Arizona. I have read lots of health benefits, but also that bees really need their bread stash to survive so I have mixed feelings since even more colonies collapsed last year.I did the suggested working my system up to 1sp of bee bread daily, but have not noticed any benefits.
I found that the easiest way to take this bee bread is to either moisten it with warm water or add it to yogurt and let it soften for awhile before eating. With 3.5 ounces in the jar I am using it quite sparingly, given the expense (which I believe is justified given the high costs to process/collect bee bread). It has a slightly bitter and a little sweet flavor, but not unpleasant. I think my preference is to use straight bee pollen powder, but I believe bee bread may contain a wider variety of amino acids.
